Refund policy

We will gladly accept unworn, unwashed and unused merchandise in new sellable condition for a full refund within 30 days of your purchase.  All items must be in their original packaging/boxes, and have all attached tags.  We recommend sending all returns with a trackable shipment, as we are not responsible for any lost packages. All returns must be sent in either a bag mailer or separate shipping box.

 Items returned after 30 days of purchase, in unsellable used condition, or missing any of the original packaging will not be accepted.  These items will be disposed of or returned at the customer's expense. Shipping charges are non refundable. 

Several types of goods are exempt from being exchanged or returned:
Non-returnable items/Final sale items  
All Tights and Undergarments
All Hair accessories
All Gift cards
Health and personal care items
All sale and clearance items

We do not offer exchanges for online orders.  If you need to make an exchange, we recommend you to return the item purchased and place a new order.  You can also visit our Truro store and return or exchange your online purchases.  Refunds will be issued to your original form of purchase that was made for your order through our website.
